Hot Wheels Created the Tesla Cybertruck That Accelerates to 40 km/h
The toy version of the Cybertruck is made on a scale of 1:10, but it can reach the speed of up to 40 km/h, which is quite impressive for a toy car. Tesla employees helped develop the toy model. Both versions of the toy Cybertrack have two modes of movement.
Curiously, the pickup can also be disassembled, and you can even check its interior because Hot Wheels has wholly recreated that of the real Cybertruck, including the seats and the dashboard.
Another interesting detail is the broken window on the left side, which is a reference to the presentation of Cybertruck, where Musk and one of Tesla engineers actually managed to break the bulletproof glass of the electric car.
The cost of the toy Cybertruck on a scale of 1:10 will be $400, but Hot Wheels will also sell a budget version on a scale of 1:64 for $20. Both toys will go on sale closer to Christmas, that is, at the end of 2020.
The pre-order for a toy for $400 has already closed. Potential customers are offered to sign up on the waiting list.
