The date has been set for the trial between Epic Games and Apple over the App Store commission case. The first hearing will take place on May 3, and representatives of both companies will be required to attend it in person.

According to the subpoena, Apple asked for access to Steam operations, product listing, and sales data the company considered relevant to its ongoing legal battle with Epic Games.

By filing a new antitrust complaint with the European Union, Epic Games expanded the territory of its ongoing fight with Apple. The new complaint follows similar legal action in the UK, US, and Australia.
