The cybersecurity experts warned against the new way of stealing money from credit cards, which hackers use on the web. The security researchers from Sucuri reported about it.
For example, one of the Magecart hacker associations uploads a skimmer to Google's fake domains. In this case, the scammers manage to hide the traffic transmitted from these addresses with the help of IDN (Internationalized Domain Names). As a result, hackers can discreetly replace the Latin letter "a" in the address on its Cyrillic counterpart and forward users to a false site.
Experts specify that the new skimmer automatically identifies the victim's browser if a user clicks on a link through Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome, the malware hides and does not transmit the collected data to the captured server.
