Since August 21, 2019, Google Ads advertisers who promote the software must provide detailed information about the software. Users who are affected by these changes already got the notifications in accounts.
Due to the new rules:

All advertisements and landing pages should include a clear explanation of the functions of the offered software (e.g. password manager, file conversion tool, etc.)

All ads and landing pages should include the type of software advertised (such as a PC app, etc.)

The landing page should describe the possible consequences of installing the software.
New developments were designed to give the end-users a better understanding of what they are installing on their devices and what the consequences it may cause.
Moreover, ads providers can apply the new tool of the audiences to search in Google Ads.
