Together with OnePlus Nord, the first completely wireless OnePlus Buds headphones were presented, which stand out primarily for their excellent autonomy. The built-in battery provides up to 7 hours of autonomous music playback, and the total autonomy with the charging case with a built-in 430 mAh battery is 30 hours.
For comparison, Apple AirPods can work 24 hours, while OnePlus Buds can provide additional 10 hours of battery life if you charge them for 10 minutes. The headphones are charged in 10 minutes to work for 100 minutes in music playback mode.
The OnePlus Buds are equipped with 13.4mm dynamic drivers and three microphones for noise cancellation and voice control. They support Bluetooth 5.0 and Dolby Atmos. They also have Fast Pair for quick pairing and customizable gesture control. The case is protected according to the requirements of the IPX4 class so that sweat and rain are not the problem for this model.
The OnePlus Buds require a OnePlus phone if you want to get the most from them, and OnePlus Buds can only pair to one device at a time.
There are three color options: white, gray, and blue. White and gray OnePlus Buds will be available in the US, while the divisive blue/green combo is reserved for international markets. OnePlus Buds are priced at $79.
