Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Ubisoft held an online presentation instead of an in-person press conference event at E3 in June. Yesterday, some new games were announced at the online presentation of Ubisoft Forward. In this article, we are sharing the essential trailers and news from this presentation.
The Far Cry 6 announcement
After several leaks and official teasers, Ubisoft fully introduced Far Cry 6, the next game in the hugely popular series. The game will unfold in a fictional version of Cuba. The villain-announcer Anton Castillo will be played by the famous actor Giancarlo Esposito, and his son will be played by Anthony Gonzalez, the star of the animated film Coco.
In the game, it will be possible to create various means of transportation from horses to tanks.
The release is scheduled for February 18. The game will be released on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC.
