Google has expanded access to Imagen 3, its advanced AI-powered image generator, making it available to all users on the Gemini platform. Imagen 3, introduced at Google I/O 2024, brings high-quality, photorealistic visuals and a range of artistic styles, from traditional oils to vibrant digital art.

Subscribers to Gemini’s Advanced, Business, and Enterprise plans can create detailed visuals with enhanced colors, refined details, and reduced visual defects. Free users can also use Imagen 3 but cannot generate images featuring people.

Users can prompt Imagen 3 with simple commands like "draw," "generate," or "create," specifying the desired style and details for optimal results. All generated images carry a SynthID watermark to indicate they are AI-created, ensuring content transparency.

Google Introduces Gemma, a Lightweight Open AI Model
Unlike its larger counterpart Gemini, Gemma comes in two smaller variants: Gemma 2B and Gemma 7B. These models offer greater accessibility and flexibility, allowing them to be easily deployed on laptops.

With built-in safety features from Google DeepMind, Imagen 3 also applies data filtering and bias checks, aligning with Google’s commitment to safe and responsible AI use.
