The second generation of the Apple headphones AirPods was unveiled on March 20. Despite the rumors, the new version of headphones didn’t undergo many changes, staying almost the same as the first generation, both the hardware and the design.
The upgraded AirPods are equipped with H1 processor, and now the battery life increased the call time in 1.5 times. Moreover, the chip provides better sound quality and quick voice access to Siri.
The new earbuds are available with a standard charging case or the wireless one. The wireless case supports the Qi standard but also has the Lightning port. The presence of charging light, which helps to determine the level of the battery is another feature that distinguishes the new case.
Second-gen AirPods are the third product release of Apple recently. On March 18, the company introduced the new 10.5-inch iPad Air Tablet and an updated 7.9-inch iPad Mini. March 19 was the official release date of updated iMac monoblocks. Probably, the series of new outfits will continue – it is more likely that the company will announce the release of the pad for wireless charging AirPower, which was published in 2017, but never entered the market.
As a reminder, Apple is going to run the presentation related to the streaming video service, which is expected to become a strong rival to Netflix and Amazon Prime Video.
