Apple has launched an upgraded lineup of MacBook Pros, now powered by the cutting-edge M4, M4 Pro, and M4 Max processors, as part of a week of continuous product releases. The new 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pros offer increased RAM, starting at 16GB for the base model, enhancing performance for demanding tasks like AI applications and video editing.
The M4 Max model boasts up to 16 CPU cores, 40 GPU cores, and over half a terabyte per second of unified memory bandwidth, allowing for seamless interaction with large AI models. Moreover, MacBook Pro with M4 Pro and M4 Max offers Thunderbolt 5 connectivity for high-speed data transfers. All models now feature a 12MP camera with a desk view and a vivid Liquid Retina XDR display, supporting up to 1,600 nits in HDR mode.
Additionally, the MacBook Air and Mac mini now start with 16GB of RAM, while the Mac mini’s new compact design incorporates the M4 and M4 Pro chips, offering high power in a smaller frame.
