The recent leak of the Epic Games Store list of free games turned out to be true. Epic Games Store made an update, and the next secret free game, which replaced the gangster saga Grand Theft Auto V, is Civilization VI. The last part of the famous strategic series from Firaxis Games will be available for free until next Thursday, May 28.
As usual, a user is required to log in to the site using Epic Games Store account and then click on the game on the store page. The total cost of the game without a discount is $59.99.
The Sid Meier's Civilization VI strategy was released in the fall of 2016 on Windows and Mac OS platforms. In general, it was well-received by both critics and players. In 2017, the project became available on Linux and iOS. In 2018, it reached the Nintendo Switch and in 2019, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. At the same time, the game has rather modest system requirements, so gamers can play it without problems on relatively old PCs.
Next week, the Epic Games Store will give out Borderlands: The Handsome Collection, and from June 4 to 11, anyone can pick up ARK: Survival Evolved for free.
