Finco Services of Delaware has filed a lawsuit against Facebook in a New York court over the Calibra logo for the Libra token. The suitor also accused his former designer, who worked on the Facebook logo, for copying the previously created design.
Finco Services alleges trademark infringement, unfair competition and "false indication of origin" of the logo by Facebook Inc.
Current is a debit card, and the app for teens that can be used to earn pocket money and, also, parents can control their spending.
