“I’m here live. I’m not a cat.”

US county attorney Rod Ponton logged into an online court hearing via Zoom with the blue-eyed cat filter turned on. The judge noted that Ponton had a filter turned on and suggested that he regain his human form.

“And I don’t know how to remove it. I’ve got my assistant here, she’s trying to, but I’m prepared to go forward with it… I’m here live. I’m not a cat,” said Ponton, struggling to turn the cat filter off.

Eventually, the judge helped the attorney turn back into a human, and the hearing continued as usual.

A fan was ejected from the Australian Open match for making noise and giving Rafael Nadal the finger

A spectator was booted from the stadium at the Australian Open after making noise and showing her middle finger to Rafael Nadal in his match against Michael Mmoh. After the judge asked her to calm down, she showed the player the middle finger.

Nadal reacted with laughter and asked if this gesture was addressed to him. The resulting pause allowed him to make another first serve, which he converted to a knockout kick.

But when the score was 30 to 0, the spectator continued to scream and wave her arms, which is why she was taken out of the arena.
