This year, Samsung launched its first-ever foldable smartphone – the Galaxy Fold. Since then, many different companies including Motorola and Huawei, presented their idea of foldable devices.

We have seen a plenty of foldable smartphones in 2019, but what if there was a tablet that could fit in your pocket?

Samsung applied for a patent of a foldable tablet at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIO) and the World Intellectual Office (WIO) database. It doesn't necessarily mean that Samsung will launch this idea, though.

Everything we know is that owners will be able to use the gadget in several ways. In particular, they can use as a traditional tablet with a flat display and as a mini laptop. In the second case, the device can be bent at the desired angle and set on the table. At the same time, a virtual keyboard or other touch controls will be displayed on the lower half of the screen.
