Oura has introduced its latest smart ring, the Oura Ring 4, which boasts a slimmer design, improved accuracy, and additional sizes. This new model, starting at $349, is crafted from titanium and features recessed sensors for a more comfortable fit.
One of the key updates is an enhanced algorithm that increases the number of signal pathways from eight to 18, boosting the ring's ability to track metrics like blood oxygen and heart rate more accurately.
The updated design also offers a longer battery life of up to eight days and a broader size range, from sizes 4 to 15. Oura has also revamped its mobile app, dividing it into three sections: Today, Vitals, and My Health, to better organize the user's health data and long-term trends.
Pre-orders for the Oura Ring 4 have started, with shipments beginning on October 15. The subscription price remains at $6 per month or $70 annually.
