Reddit user with a nickname Originartwork carved a wooden map of Los Santos from GTA V. It includes the city itself, marks all the districts and its surroundings, including Blaine County and Mount Chiliad.
Reddit users have left a lot of positive reviews about Originartwork. The author received suggestions to make a similar map for Liberty City from GTA IV, as well as Red Dead Redemption 2, Skyrim, Fortnite, Fallout 3/4, and Middle-earth. For some users, Originartwork's style reminded the style of the screensaver from Game of Thrones. It turned out that Originartwork had already cut out a map of Westeros last year:

Thanks so much. I do run a wood art business but video game maps or related game recreations are just a side passion for me. I usually only make a few pieces for galleries or Comic-Con type events and stick to games I have a connection to. This one was on my list for years and I was always too busy until lockdown to actually take the time to design and make it. Most the work I do is of real cities, countries, mountain ranges, etc.
The author said that he is already working on the maps of Skyrim and Red Dead Redemption 2.
