On its official website, Apple announced the lineup of the Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC ) 2020. The Worldwide Developers Conference will be held from June 22 to 26, 2020. According to the organizers, the conference will be the largest in history. It will host the presentation of Platforms State of the Union, over 100 engineering sessions, new forums for developers, and even more.

For the first time in history, Apple’s annual developer conference will be held online. The company will provide free access to the conference for everyone through the Apple Developer website or app.

Platforms State of the Union

At the presentation of the Platforms State of the Union, which will be held on June 23 at 2 PM PDT, iOS, iPadOS, macOS, tvOS, watchOS, and possibly other new devices are expected to be shown.

Apple Will Announce the Shift to ARM Processors in Mac Computers
The project, code-named Kalamata, is expected to make a breakthrough in the history of the Mac line. However, at the upcoming conference, the company will only announce a move from Intel processors to its own chips.

Broadcasts will be conducted directly from the headquarters of Apple Park. You can watch them on the company's website, through the Apple Developer app, and Apple TV. It will also be available for playback on Tencent, iQIYI, Bilibili, and YouKu for viewers in China.

100+ Engineering Sessions

From June 23 to 26, more than 100 engineering sessions on development and design will be held. Videos will be published every day at 10 AM PDT on the Apple Developer app on iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV, as well as on the Apple Developer website.

All-New Apple Developer Forums

During the conference, Apple will also launch a forum for developers, where the company's experts will answer questions of interest.

1-on-1 Developer Labs (by appointment)

From June 23 to 26, developers will be able to sign up for one-on-one meetings with Apple engineers who participated in the creation of the latest technologies as part of various Apple platforms. Engineers will conduct individual training and talk in detail about the implementation of new functions. Developer Labs will be open to Apple Developer Program members as space is available.
