Shazam, the popular music recognition app, has received a new update from Apple, expanding its capabilities to identify songs from various platforms. With this update, Shazam can now recognize songs playing on third-party apps such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, making it easier for users to discover and save viral tunes.

Apple Music Classical Brings the Beauty of Classical Music to Android Users
In a move that showcases their commitment to bringing high-quality music experiences to users across platforms, Apple has launched its much-anticipated Apple Music Classical app on Android.

To use the feature, users simply need to open the Shazam app, tap the Shazam button, and return to the desired third-party app to identify the playing track. Shazam utilizes the smartphone's microphone to listen to the song, even while other apps are running. The identified songs can then be added directly to Apple Music playlists for future reference.

iPhone users can conveniently access this feature through the Control Center by swiping down from the upper right corner of the screen and tapping the song recognition icon.
