Revolut, the global fintech platform, has announced that Toncoin (TON) is now available for trading to customers in the UK and the European Union. This latest addition brings the popular cryptocurrency to a wider audience, with plans to expand the service to users in Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, and Singapore in the near future.
Toncoin, the native cryptocurrency of The Open Network blockchain, has seen rapid growth in 2024, with active wallets increasing from 1 million to over 40 million. Revolut users can now easily access TON by navigating to the 'Crypto' tab in the app, where they can learn more about the token and place trading orders.
This move aligns with Revolut’s continued efforts to expand its crypto offerings, making it more convenient for users to trade cryptocurrencies alongside traditional banking services.
