Google has begun the process of shutting down its Google Play Music service. Google Play Music is a music and podcast streaming service operated by Google, launched nine years ago.
The tech giant previously announced that the service would be shut down at the end of the year, but many users have already reported that the Google Play Music app has become unavailable.

Upon launching the application, users receive a notification stating that Google Play Music is no longer working, and are offered to transfer their account and music library to YouTube Music.

You can still transfer your playlists and uploads to YouTube Music. But soon, this opportunity will also disappear. Google already suggests deleting the downloaded music cache and uninstalling the app.
There is an unusual way to continue using Google Music through the app. You can download an older version of the app for Android and disable automatic updates for it.
