Imagine you had a fight or even broke up with your significant other, and then blocked them on Instagram. After that, you noticed some fake account viewing your stories. At this point, you may suspect that they are the same person.
In this case, you might want to check your assumption. And here's how you can do that:
- In the Instagram application, click on your username.
- Select "Add account."
- Click on the "Log In to Existing Account" button.
- Next, click "Switch Accounts."
- Select the "Get help signing in" link.
- Enter the login of the suspicious account.
- Click Next.
- Click on "Need more help?"

The window that opens will display the first and last two digits of the phone number, as well as the first and last letters of the email linked to the account. Thus, if this is a person close to you and you know their email address or phone number, you can compare them and understand whether it is who you think it is.
