Dr. Vladimir Zelenko, a board-certified physician from the New York state, who has proved the efficacy of hydroxychloroquine treatment during the COVID-19 pandemic, submitted a detailed report to the U.S. Senate Committee on Homeland Security.
Having invented the Zelenko Protocol, the doctor has treated over 3,000 COVID-19 patients as well as consulted with peer physicians that have treated over 10,000 patients suffering from the novel coronavirus. Dr. Zelenko also states that 100% of his high-risk patients fully recovered if they received the triple combination therapy of Hydroxychloroquine + Zinc + Antibiotic (Azithromycin or Doxycycline) within the first 4 days of symptoms, and took it for at least 5 days.
The statement submitted by Dr. Zelenko focuses on the importance of early outpatient treatment, which is an essential part of the COVID-19 solution.
The statement says:
Significant funds must be allocated immediately to research and develop generic medicines under Real World Evidence standard without the influence of the pharmaceutical industry. Research and development of medicine is now a matter of national security. There must be an organization that functions as an intelligence agency for medicine whose exclusive duty is to the people, not shareholders – building on this solution. Significant funds must be allocated to implement this – a gap which can filled by an organization funded by Homeland Security similar to how the TSA was created in response to 9/11. COVID-19 must be swiftly ended and a situation like this must never happen again.
It has been known for a long time that a treatment protocol exists that can reduce the mortality rate and help people get better sooner. The Internet Protocol team shared Dr. Zelenko's treatment protocol multiple times, translated into many languages, emphasizing how important it is to start early coronavirus treatment.
Apart from that, Dr. Zelenko has recently published an initial study of his findings together with two German researchers.
Recently, Dr. Vladimir Zelenko encouraged everyone to sign a petition and thus make pre-hospital the standard of care. This petition needs to gain 100,000 signatures in total by December 18, 2020, to get a response from the White House.
