Sony has partnered with Adult Swim to release a quirky 30-second PlayStation 5 ad featuring hilarious Rick and Morty from the animated show of the same name.

Rick and Morty is an adult animated sitcom that premiered on Adult Swim in 2013 and quickly amassed a lot of fans who became obsessed with the show’s science fiction plots and dark humor.

The advertisement is set in the living room of Morty’s parents. Morty is standing to the left of the PS5 console while Rick is counting some money (from Sony) and instructing Morty on what he needs to say.

After Rick says that they’ve been paid “a lot” to promote the console, Morty begins to briefly describe some of the PS5’s main features, including its speed and fast loading times, as well as the DualSense controller’s features like the haptic feedback and adaptive resistance found in the shoulder buttons. The ad ends with Rick encouraging everyone to go play PS5 in obscenities, as he always does.

Sony is using all the possible ways to promote its newly released PS5. Earlier, the company also collaborated with a famous American rapper Travis Scott and even Michael B. Jordan to promote the console.

Sony Showed PlayStation 5 UI in a New Video
Sony unveiled an 11-minute video on its official YouTube channel, in which the company showed the PlayStation 5 user interface for the first time.

The PlayStation 5 is now available for everyone, but they are quite difficult to get. In many countries, buyers are experiencing problems with buying consoles: either they cannot be found at a normal price, or kitchen items or empty boxes arrive instead of the PS5.
