Mark Zuckerberg, the CEO of Meta, announced that the Quest+ subscription is priced at $7.99 per month or $59.99 per year. The Meta Quest+ VR subscription service is available to all Quest 2 and Quest Pro headset owners and is forward-compatible with the upcoming Quest 3. Subscribers can enjoy two hand-picked VR titles every month. This model is similar to Sony's PlayStation Plus subscription, which offers free games to its subscribers.
In a limited-time offer, the first month is available for just $1 if you sign up now through July 31. Additionally, the subscription can be canceled at any time for maximum flexibility, and if users decide to rejoin in the future, they will regain access to all the titles from their original paid subscription period.
Earlier, Meta introduced the Quest 3 mixed reality headset priced at $499. The device is set to hit the market in the fall of this year, supporting over 500 games and applications.
