Leonardo DiCaprio Signed a Deal to Develop TV Projects for Apple TV+

Apple has signed a contract with Leonardo DiCaprio's Appian Way, film and television production company, to produce films and series for the Apple TV+ streaming service. The actor will be directly involved in the creation of the content.

The partners are already working on an adaptation of the book Killers of the Flower Moon about the FBI investigation of mysterious murders in one of the American Indian settlements in the last century. The thriller is directed by Martin Scorsese and starred by Robert De Niro and Leonardo DiCaprio.

Apparently, Apple wants to get a Netflix-like The Irishman movie into its catalog. According to rumors, this film's budget has already exceeded $200 million. Apple and Netflix have been fighting for the rights to screen Killers of the Flower Moon for a long time.
