Telegram CEO Pavel Durov has given a sneak peek of the messaging app's upcoming visionOS app designed for Apple Vision Pro. In a teaser shared recently, Durov showcased the app's interface, which is tailored to seamlessly integrate with the new augmented reality device.

The visionOS app adopts a translucent design, offering users a sense of depth when interacting with Telegram on the Apple Vision Pro. Instead of a conventional tab bar, the app features a sidebar for easy access to contacts, calls, chats, and settings. Users can expect to find all the familiar features available on Telegram for iOS, including media sharing, audio messages, and the recently introduced Stories.

One standout feature demonstrated in the teaser is an immersive video player that enhances the viewing experience. Additionally, the app includes animated AR stickers that expand beyond the app window, adding an extra layer of interactivity and fun to conversations.

Messaging on the visionOS app can be done through voice dictation using Siri or the device's virtual keyboard.

While specific release details for the app remain undisclosed, it is expected to coincide with the launch of the Apple Vision Pro, which is slated for early 2024 in the United States.
